Hello LexiCon Gamers!
Welcome to LexiCon 2024! This year's dates are April 5th-7th, 2024. LexiCon will again being held at the Clarion Conference Center off Hwy I-75, exit 115. We are a diverse community that enjoys playing board games, card games, RPGs, social games… We have many board gaming and RPG events that will be scheduled over the weekend including:
This may change with any significant recommendations from the State of Kentucky Govt. or the CDC, but at this point there are no requirements. If there is a change, refunds will be issued at the request of badge holders.
As an attendee of LexiCon you will be issued a badge. If you have not already registered, you may do so online, or at the registration desk during the weekend of the convention. We highly recommend you purchase online as this helps to keep the registration line moving quickly.
Your badge will have your name on it. Please wear it ALL THE TIME! This allows you entrance to LexiCon for the year printed on it. DO NOT share it with other people.
If you are sick, please stay home. If you start to feel ill at the convention, please leave. The health of every attendee is important to us. If you want to wear a mask, wear one. If anyone bothers you about wearing one, tell us.
Most events are covered by your badge. But some may cost extra and should say so in the description. You can sign up for all events online or at Registration. Everyone there is just waiting to help you. Seriously.
We are an inclusive friendly organization. While you are here, be nice to everyone. No abusive, threatening, damaging, lewd, illegal or destructive behavior. Seriously. If you are having a momentary lapse of reason, our staff may ask you to calm down. We don’t want to, but if you persist, we will ask you to leave. LexiCon reserves the right to revoke any badge and has the final say in all matters regarding this issue, up to and including removal of persons from the venue.
Gamers are generally cool people. But there are always a few that ruin it for everyone. So please watch your stuff and keep it with you. LexiCon cannot watch your stuff and is not liable for any loss.
We know a lot of you like to dress up. We like for you to dress up, too! In fact, we'd like for you to take the time to show our staff. While admiring your handiwork, we will also likely check to make sure any props are safely secured. Unfortunately we cannot allow live steel or metal weapons onsite so those will have to stay at home.
Chances are, we will take your picture. Maybe you will know it. Maybe not. We take lots of pictures. Often video as well. It doesn’t hurt, but you should know you may end up in print or on social media, etc.
Accepting your badge constitutes acceptance of these rules and agreement to comply, as well as compliance with decisions made by LexiCon Staff during the event.
Please note that we reserve the right to change these hours based on availability of space and volunteers if needed.
